Headquartered in New York City with offices in Greenwich, Garden City, London, and Dublin, SFM employs 200 professionals. Job Overview SFM is looking for an Assistant to join its London team.

The role will encompass a wide range of activities, including high-level administrative support for investment professionals and the wider team, day-to-day office management, and reception support. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution of priorities while exercising discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment. They will join a team of two other assistants.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to portfolio managers/their teams, to include managing telephones, diary management, scheduling of meetings, booking and co-ordination of travel arrangements, management and submission of expenses via our Workday platform. Provide support to investment teams tracking earnings calendars and company events, scheduling conference attendance and management meetings, helping manage broker relationships and helping manage data provider subscriptions and costings. Reception cover, management of meeting rooms / room booking system and guest arrival, assisting with meeting and A/V set up, opening calls and providing refreshments.

Day to day office management support and assisting with the maintenance of a well-organized office environment. Support for team event planning and ad hoc projects. What We Value Demonstrable relevant experience, working with investment professional would be a distinct advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook and Excel. This is a full-time, 4 days in office position We anticipate the base salary of this role to be between £55,000-63,000. In addition to a base salary, the successful candidate will also be eligible to receive a discretionary year-end bonus.
