JOB OVERVIEW: This team is based in-office in Birmingham, AL and has been voted a Best Place to Work! The team works hard plays hard; their teamwork culture is a huge part of their success. Their specialty is supporting clients in the commercial construction, infrastructure, oil gas industries.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a driven, energetic, fun team! ) LOCATION: HYBRID - Birmingham, AL: Role will be fully in-office during training onboarding, then can work 2 days per week from home.

: REQUIRED : Candidates with at least 3+ years of commercial insurance account management experience. Individuals who thrive on collaboration, valuing accountability, and being committed to excellence. Candidates with strong, professional communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills, who enjoy providing top-notch service to internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

: A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to): • Processes applications, policies, endorsements, binders, certificates, audit requests and other items related to the servicing of clients • Assists clients with policy coverage, exclusions and related questions and assists Producers in servicing clients • Services client accounts with oversight of Producers or Account Executives, which includes research/analysis and handling of client questions on coverage and other policy/contractual issues • Makes routine policy adjustments • Provides support to Producers and, if applicable, Account Executives, including preparing presentations and proposals, and participating in meetings with prospective clients as part of team • Prepares billing and provides standard office/administrative support including quoting and servicing Premium Finance Options SERVICE • Consistently establishes and maintains high levels of trust and confidence with clients by initiating introductions, through periodic contacts, and by promptly responding and resolving client questions and issues • Process all applications, policies, endorsements, incoming mail, binders, schedules, certificates, audits, and other items related to the servicing of clients’ policies in a timely and accurate manner • Inform and educate clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions, and insurance coverage needs • Assist clients in making coverage changes • Responsible for timely, accurate invoicing and monthly expirations • Meet all quality and timeliness standards in the Agency Management System while properly documenting all activity • Other duties may be assigned.
