Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on repair, replacement, and installation of data centre hardware components (e.g., power supplies, fans, network cards) across the full lifecycle from deployment through to decommissioning and recycling Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and physical-layer troubleshooting, including cabling and port testing Manage inventory of spare parts and hardware to support timely repairs, upgrades, and deployments Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to coordinate hardware replacements and infrastructure setup while minimising disruption Maintain accurate documentation of repair activities, maintenance logs, and configuration updates Support emergency response efforts to resolve critical hardware issues efficiently Eligibility
Requirements
