About The Role

: We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Credit Risk Modeling team. In this role, you will develop, enhance and test our models for use in new customer acquisition and managing our existing customer portfolio. Our team focuses on ways to drive growth while balancing risk.

You will independently dive into open-ended problems in order to present recommendations to executives and actively manage the credit models and offer generation that power Enova’s business.

: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics or related field Advanced programming skills and the ability to write customized programs for meaningful data analysis and predictive modeling (Python) Experience working with relational databases, such as SQL Excellent knowledge in applied statistical methods and machine learning models Ability to improve your work flow and delivery timelines with AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

: Develop and refine proprietary models to assess customer credit profile Collaborate closely with the Strategy and Operations team to drive new initiatives Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the performance of our models and product configurations, analyzing outcomes to drive continuous improvement Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management, providing a data-driven perspective on customer risk and product development strategies

Compensation

: The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $87,000 to $110,000 .
