Marketing Specialist (Req #1225)

Overview As a Marketing Specialist, you will manage all the marketing administrative tasks necessary to support all marketing activities. Your Impact The essential functions of this position include: Work with regional leadership and sales teams to align marketing programs with business objectives and budgets Assist in executing marketing programs and create budgets to support business growth and customer engagement Participate in and support regional events, including preparation, on-site execution, and follow-up Travel as needed to assist with regional activities, events, and team collaboration Help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns through email, digital, social media, and events Maintain the marketing calendar, tracking timelines, deliverables, and deadlines Assist with event logistics, including vendor coordination, materials preparation, and on-site support Create and edit marketing content such as emails, social posts, presentations, and collateral Maintain and update marketing materials, databases, and contact lists Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to support campaign execution Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports on key metrics Support lead generation activities and follow-up processes in CRM systems.

Qualifications
