Principal Product Manager, Finance Platform (Remote)

For restaurant partners, ezCater helps grow their business by bringing them new high-value customers and large orders. The Product Management team is looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to focus on ezCater’s Fintech portfolio. In this position, you will partner with our Finance team to develop enterprise class solutions in the areas of B2B and B2C payments, partner payouts, fraud management, tax solutions, and regulatory technology.

You will define our financial platform strategy and align products and processes across product, engineering, finance and external teams.

What You'Ll Do

: Define Build: You will define product vision, strategy and roadmaps to enhance and expand our fintech capabilities that includes incoming and outgoing payment processing, invoicing, fraud management and tax compliance. Collaborate: You will partner with the finance, engineering and security teams to identify needs and develop robust solutions. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, customers and partners to understand their technology and make recommendations.

Organize Prioritize: Own the success of our FinTech product portfolio by establishing both near-term and long-term roadmaps focused on moving vital metrics. Owns partner integrations and optimization. Communicate Effectively: You have experience thoughtfully explaining unique concepts to diverse audiences, and know how to break down complex topics for any stakeholder.

Leadership: Serves as a thought leader in fintech product innovations, identifying emerging technologies and improving scalability. What You Have : Product leadership: You have 10+ years of product experience leading Product Management and Development in Fintech and/or Payments. Proven success in enabling top tier payment services providers (PSPs).

Payments Experience: You have 8+ years of experience working in the Fintech Space including experience with B2C and B2B payment methods and the entire fintech ecosystem, including CC payments, payouts, alternate payment methods, fraud management, tax, money movements, regulatory technology. Deep understanding of Payment processing flow, tokenizations, refunds, disputes, fraud management and reconciliations. Tax Solutions: Experience designing and implementing Tax Solutions via Internal or Partner.

Compliance: Strong grasp of Compliance framework in Fintech space, like PCI DSS, AML, OFAC, IRS). Insanely autonomous : You love setting audacious goals and are fully comfortable directing your own way to get there. You commit to a schedule and stick to it.

Agile flexible: You manage risk but aren’t afraid to iterate. You ideally are familiar with high growth operations problem solving in fast-paced tech spaces. You have an excellent track record of producing positive results, as well as a keen eye for anticipating bottlenecks roadblocks.

Data driven: Strong analytical and decision making with a customer focused mindset. You work with analysts and self-serve reports to guide initiatives. You are capable at creating reports/analytics via reporting solutions and SQL.

Education : Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
