As a Senior Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing that vision to life for our clients. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our National Wellbeing and Health Management Practice to deliver high-impact programs that support employee health and organizational outcomes.
You’ll blend hands-on program execution with client-facing partnership—serving as both the engine behind seamless delivery and a trusted resource to consultants and account teams. What You’Ll Do
Drive Wellbeing Program Delivery Lead the end-to-end execution of onsite and virtual wellbeing initiatives (health fairs, flu clinics, screenings, campaigns, and more) Manage logistics, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client programs simultaneously Coordinate vendors, confirm scheduling, and oversee live event execution—including troubleshooting when needed Monitor participation and outcomes to ensure programs deliver measurable results Partner with Clients Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients Build strong, consultative relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness Support consultants and account managers with program insights, recommendations, and follow-ups Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned with broader client wellbeing strategies Manage Projects Vendors Oversee vendor sourcing, coordination, and performance management Maintain organized project plans, timelines, and documentation across initiatives Support budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and invoice coordination Measure Impact Track engagement, outcomes, and key metrics across programs Contribute to client reporting and presentations that demonstrate value and ROI Maintain accurate records of activities, milestones, and performance data Contribute to a Growing Practice Collaborate across teams to support integrated client strategies Help improve processes, tools, and scalable ways of working Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members Stay current on wellbeing trends, compliance considerations, and industry best practices
What We’Re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in wellness,

The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
COMPENSATION
: The national average salary for this role is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or
