com . job purpose: The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and driving the established HR administration processes and procedures. This role will also partner with other Human Resources team members to ensure successful execution of projects, rollouts, and initiatives.
Responsibilities
: Offer frontline HR support and guidance to employees by addressing questions, resolving concerns and facilitating positive workplace interactions Accurately enter and maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems, including new hires, terminations, promotions, disciplinary actions, reporting structure changes, and other personnel updates Perform routine data audits to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring consistent and reliable HR records Supports the hourly recruitment and interview process including pre-employment testing, application and phone screens, coordinating interviews, and pre-employment drug screening.
Qualifications
required: 1-3 years’ experience in an HR coordinator or similar HR support role Hourly recruiting experience Preferred, manufacturing environment experience Possess strong analytical and organizational skills Possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet strict deadlines Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite Clear, concise and approachable written and verbal communication High level of confidentiality and professionalism Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritized effectively Knowledge of state and federal employment law Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities, production demands, and organizational changes Proficiency in English: Comfortable with both written and verbal communication, including reading and writing. how fairlife nourishes you: At fairlife, we believe in better — and that includes how we support our people.
