Compensation
Analyst is responsible for the accurate processing, validation, and support of producer and broker
for an assigned region. This role combines monthly workflow execution with inquiry resolution, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is strong in Excel, comfortable working with large, complex datasets, able to research issues across multiple systems, and grounded in accounting fundamentals.
This is a low volume, high-complexity role requiring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.

statements using standardized templates and analytical tools. Validate payment amounts and adjustments for accuracy before submission to payroll and accounts payable. Book accounting entries with proper debit and credit treatment across relevant systems.
calculations and analytical reports by independently researching and interpreting data across multiple systems, translating findings into a clear narrative for management. Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis related to a producer’s book of business as requested. Investigate anomalies, explain variances, and present findings clearly.
