About The Team
DoorDash for Business provides meal solutions to our corporate clientele, but we aren’t stopping there.
Benefits
partner for executives, employees, and administrators across the globe, leveraging the DoorDash platform to deliver industry-leading selection, quality, and customer service to every business customer for every business use case. We are building an entrepreneurial, customer-obsessed, and fast-moving team to create the right products and services for the future of work.
About The Role
We are looking for someone who thrives on setting enterprise clients up for success to join our rocketship of a team at DoorDash for Business. As a Sr. Enterprise Onboarding Partner, you will own the launch experience for our largest, most strategic clients — Fortune 1000 companies — within the broader DoorDash for Business portfolio.
You will be the strategic architect behind how these complex, high-stakes accounts come to life on our platform, building bespoke launch plans tailored to each client's unique organizational structure, driving buy-in at every level of the enterprise while minimizing time-to-value and eliminating barriers to launch. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative problem-solver with exceptional executive presence, deep business acumen, and the technical fluency to navigate sophisticated SaaS integrations with confidence. This is a true enterprise strategy and customer success role.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations for DoorDash for Business Client Success, you will work in close partnership with Sales, Implementation, and Strategy Operations to deliver world-class launches that set the foundation for long-term client success and product adoption. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Architect – Design bespoke, white-glove launch strategies for Fortune 1000 clients, translating complex organizational needs into actionable, high-impact onboarding plans that drive activation and long-term engagement. Lead – Command the room.
You will own executive-level relationships with senior People Operations leaders, Procurement teams, and Executive Assistants, driving alignment and enthusiasm for launch strategies through compelling storytelling and confident, persuasive communication. Strategize – Operate at the intersection of customer success and strategic consulting. You will anticipate client needs before they arise, proactively remove blockers, and continuously find creative paths to "yes" — even in the most complex enterprise environments.
Build – Create the playbooks, frameworks, and launch templates that don't yet exist. In a rapidly scaling business, you will define what great looks like — and then raise the bar again. Activate – Own the metrics that matter.
You will be directly accountable for product adoption, activation milestones, and minimizing launch delays, approaching every obstacle with a solutions-first mindset and relentless curiosity.
