About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented operator to serve as the on-the-ground owner of our clinic environments across defined regions. This role combines ongoing facilities management with hands-on support for new clinic launches. You’ll be the person ensuring our physical spaces consistently meet a high bar—for both patient experience and team functionality—while also playing a critical role in opening new clinics smoothly and on time.
What You’Ll Do
1. ) and hold them accountable to quality and timelines Conduct regular in-person visits to clinics to proactively identify and address issues Ensure clinics are safe, functional, and aligned with company standards for patient and team experience Track recurring issues and identify opportunities for systemic improvements 2. ) Ensure all physical space elements are ready ahead of opening day including regulatory readiness (emergency procedures, safety, etc) Prepare clinic guides and train new team members on clinic space Partner with central teams on timelines, checklists, and issue escalation Troubleshoot last-mile issues quickly and effectively Tour and help assess potential spaces 3.
