By owning the entire market data stack end-to-end, Databento is the first platform of its kind to combine the performance and reliability demanded by the world's leading trading firms with a dramatically simpler developer experience. Our team includes alumni of Two Sigma, Citadel Securities, Flow Traders, Tower Research, PDT Partners, SIG, and other top quantitative firms. We're looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to support our CTO, with occasional backup support for our Founder and CEO.

The individual must be based in Salt Lake City for local tasks, however occasional remote or hybrid work arrangements may be possible. You'll have an outsized impact on the company's day-to-day operations and help keep our leadership running at full speed.

Requirements

Based in Salt Lake City, UT College degree or a minimum of three years of professional experience Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, a similar administrative support role, or any service-oriented position Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent leadership professionally in correspondence High degree of discretion and judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative without being asked Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can shift quickly Proficiency with standard productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, calendar software, etc.) A valid driver's license with a clean driving record to support local travel
