About the Position Dexis is recruiting a Performance Metrics Analyst to support anticipated programming with the Department of War (DoW). This opportunity will provide program support, policy support, and technical assistance services to support Counterdrug (CD)/Counter-Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC)/Counter-Threat Finance (CTF) mission needs of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), The Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Military Departments, and Defense Agencies.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
Design, monitor , and communicate performance indicators to support organizational goals to ensure leadership has real-time, actionable insights by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data across assigned portfolios. Provide advice and assistance to USG personnel on matters related to performance measurement and management policies. Conduct analyses and assessments on the impact of new or revised USG polices and guidance as expressed in strategic documents, and other issuances that may impact program investments funded by the Do W CD appropriation.
Analyze the alignment of DoW and CN SP strategic goals and objectives with proposed C CMD s, Military Service, and Defense Agency initiatives to counter global drug trafficking and other illicit threat network activities. Provide analyses of National Drug Control Program strategic plans, priorities, and guidance. Advise and assist USG personnel in drafting complementary DoW performance plans, goals/objectives, management indicators, evaluation criteria, and reports.
Operate with limited guidance to present informed recommendations, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility. P ossess a master’s degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field of study . Possess ten (10) years’ experience providing services to senior general/flag officer ranks and/or SES levels within the DoW , other government agencies, or industry corporate equivalents, and will be expected to perform at the level of a mid-range GS-15 equivalent.
Requirements
, objectives , and capabilities of the OSD, Joint Staff, CCMDs, Military Departments, Defense Agencies, and other USG stakeholders . Knowledge and experience in applying performance concepts and principles to develop performance criteria, draft implementation guidance, and identify opportunities for USG program investment based on projected return on investment (ROI). Shall possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to translate highly technical information into plain language for effective communication with Do W and other USG staff in the performance of all duties, tasks and services .
