Role: Recovery Agent Location: Mississauga Bilingual Recovery Agent, CMS The Recovery Agents role is to effectively manage and co-ordinate the supply chain and other vendors in the repossession and liquidation of assigned Creditor(s) moveable assets.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Post-secondary education (Business degree/diploma preferred) Credit and Collection Degree/Certification is an asset 2-3 years’ experience in credit and collection background or financial services industry Bilingual agent must have excellent French both written and verbal COMPETENCIES, SKILLS EXPERIENCE: Excellent computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel) including typing is mandatory. Superior phone skills with a professional demeanor. Preferably experience in de-escalation.
