As our business grows, the number of exciting initiatives grows with it. We are seeking a Technical Compliance Delivery Manager to drive and coordinate complex compliance initiatives as the business expands into new markets, partnering closely with Regulatory Tech, Data, and Technical Compliance teams to implement necessary technical solutions. You will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of cross-functional compliance solutions, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, and executing required escalations to ensure continuous, unblocked delivery flow.

A critical component is owning and governing the unified compliance roadmap across key teams, managing dependencies and strategically aligning all delivery planning with evolving international regulatory timelines and immediate market needs.

What We Are Looking For

At least 1–2 years of experience within the online gaming industry Proven ability to drive and coordinate complex, cross-functional compliance initiatives, particularly as the business expands into new international markets Expertise in strategic roadmap management, including governing unified compliance roadmaps and aligning delivery with international regulatory timelines Demonstrated proficiency in proactive delivery management, including identifying and mitigating project risks, managing critical dependencies, and executing escalation protocols Strong collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders, including Regulatory Tech, Data, Product, and Technical Compliance teams Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, regular updates on project status, issues, and blockers to both leadership and relevant stakeholders
