Initiative — Los Angeles California
About Tia Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.

Women’s Health Procedures: Provide gynecologic care, UTI and vaginal infection consults, and perform IUD insertions. Primary Care Management: Manage common primary care needs, including hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, depression, basic dermatologic concerns, cough, sore throat, abdominal pain, and related concerns.
Multi-Site Coverage: Float across Tia’s LA clinics to support staffing gaps, high-volume periods, training, PTO, and emergent coverage needs. Workflow Execution: Quickly integrate into each clinic’s daily flow while upholding Tia’s standardized workflows, documentation expectations, and patient experience standards. Care Model Support: Contribute to the ongoing iteration of Tia’s care model through technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, protocol development, clinical content review, and innovation.
Team Support: When not in patient visits, support provider inbox work, RN team needs, clinical mentorship, or other care delivery priorities.
Requirements
Credentials: NP or PA with national board certification, such as ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA; active California license; and active DEA.
