What We Are Looking For

Proven track record in direct talent search, particularly at leadership and executive level across various domains including technology, product, commercial, and corporate Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels Comprehensive understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in talent acquisition Strategic mindset with the ability to align hiring strategies with business goals and organisational values Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decisions within the organisation Passion for building diverse leadership teams and fostering inclusive hiring practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and challenges This is a hybrid position — office presence in Madrid is required.
