You are joining Super as a Head of Tax Financial Transformation , taking ownership of a high-visibility leadership mandate to insource the tax function and drive critical finance transformation projects. Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role is designed for a commercially minded professional who can operate at a strategic level whilst remaining hands-on, partnering closely with the business to deliver measurable impact.

What We Are Looking For

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is required Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, with a strong foundation in Tax Solid understanding of IFRS, local accounting standards, and tax legislation Proven ability to operate at a strategic level — influencing senior stakeholders — whilst maintaining a hands-on approach Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from conception through to delivery Change management experience, with the ability to drive transformation in a complex, matrixed environment Excellent command of English, with the ability to translate complex financial and tax concepts into clear commercial language for non-finance stakeholders Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; MS Dynamics experience preferred
