About The Team

The Data Analytics team is Justworks' data and AI center of excellence - a connected set of functions spanning business intelligence, data science, data governance, analytics engineering, platform data/ML engineering and AI builders. We've grown significantly over the last several years and continue to build momentum across the business, leveling up maturity in how we deliver insights, govern data, and enable the company to make better decisions. Who You Are

You're a strategic operator who blends analytical fluency with executive communication and program rigor. You think in systems - how strategy, planning, stakeholder relationships, and delivery mechanisms connect to produce organizational clarity - and you know how to make all of those things work together at scale. You've partnered closely with senior leaders on high-stakes strategic work: annual planning, investment decisions, business reviews, organizational narratives.

You're comfortable co-authoring a strategy memo, pressure-testing an assumption, or framing a functional narrative for a leadership audience. You bring a genuine point of view grounded in data, analytics and AI fluency. You balance strategic altitude and operational follow-through, equally comfortable identifying where an organization should invest next and running the program that gets it there.

You build trust quickly across functions and know how to represent a point of view with credibility when senior leaders are in the room. Reporting to the VP of Data Analytics, you'll serve as a thought partner and strategic operator at the center of how DNA plans, communicates, and shows up across the company.
