Radio Frequency (RF) Technical SETA, TS/SCI

Candidate sought to provide on-site and partner-site engineering and test management support of DARPA program. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and test personnel in the development and execution of RF technologies. The candidate will be responsible for strategy and roadmap development, overseeing all phases of testing from lab to field environments, and integrating new capabilities.

Responsibilities

: Lead a team of engineers and testers in the development, integration, and testing of RF EW systems Develop and manage the technical strategy and roadmap for the program Oversee and conduct lab, chamber, and field testing to validate system performance Perform technical evaluations and provide guidance on reports, briefings, and other performer communications Analyze intelligence data to guide technique development and testing priorities Prepare and present program status, test results, and technical briefings to leadership and stakeholders Manage program scheduling, including internal meetings, performer meetings, and test events Support source selection and proposal evaluation activities Coordinate stakeholder engagement across the various DoD agencies and services Coordinate interagency engagements, including DoD, Service Labs, and FFRDCs Prepare program testing documentation and monitor reporting requirement Support source selection and proposal evaluation activities Travel is required to support performer and stakeholder engagements Clearance : DoD TS/SCI security clearance is required. Salary range for the position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year.
