In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, build dashboards and reports, and partner closely with business stakeholders to provide analytical guidance for performance and strategy.

What You Will Do

: Understand sales processes and metrics required to evaluate individual performance, technology efficiency, and process gaps. Create, organize, and maintain reusable and robust reports in Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel that track various KPIs as well as business performance, efficiency, and productivity gaps. Conduct root cause analyses to understand impacts of different variables on KPIs and translate those insights into actionable information about impacts to the business.

Create presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as needed. Provide assistance to the Sales department by independently developing insights and recommendations, translating complex data into actionable business decisions, and owning recurring reporting and dashboard deliverables. Tell compelling stories with data to drive the adoption of analytical insights.
