What You’Ll Do
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our busy, hardworking and successful team to give full executive level support to the Executive Director and the EVP, Brand Management for the David Beckham brand. With a complex diaries and meetings schedule you need to be very well organised and able to think ahead to anticipate the needs of two senior Executives to ensure every day runs smoothly. You’ll be resourceful, a smart communicator, proactive, and have excellent attention to detail.
What You'll Be Working on Provide high quality executive level administrative support, specifically; Manage complex and changeable diaries Arrange Zoom calls and other meetings Collate relevant advance meeting papers and/or briefing documents Arrange national and international travel logistics, producing itineraries Maintain efficient digital and paper filing, archive systems and databases Conduct research and fact finding to facilitate meetings, travel arrangements etc Arrange personal or private arrangements such as medical appointments, restaurant or holiday bookings as required Process expenses and invoices with the support of the Finance team Organising refreshments for individuals, guests and for meetings where required General support or errands such as post office runs, lunch or coffee runs Any other EA related duties Must Haves At least 5 years of experience in a busy in PA/EA role ideally within a talent or media related environment, supporting 2 or more executive level team members Network – great industry knowledge, understanding of who is who etc Excellent administrative skills; diary management, excellently organised, able to prioritise effectively, must have the ability to handle multiple demands and last-minute changes Confidence – assured in style and communication and able to flex for every encounter.
