Opportunities Available Assistant Superintendent: The Assistant Superintendent supports daily field operations and works alongside the Superintendent to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules on complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

include assisting with trade coordination, material tracking, site logistics, and safety compliance. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to support overall site operations as needed. DoD SkillBridge Eligibility Demonstrate interest in construction management or the construction industry Have served at least 180 days on active duty Be eligible to participate during the final six months of military service prior to separation or retirement Be expected to receive an honorable discharge Have completed the Transition Assistance Program (TAP/TGPS) Have attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of the internship Computer Systems Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Microsoft Project and Procore (preferred but not required) This is an unpaid internship through the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge Program.

Benefits

from JRM Construction Management and will not be an employee, agent, or contractor of JRM Construction Management but rather will remain an employee of the DoD and will receive

through the DoD. SkillBridge graduates hired into an Assistant Superintendent role in New York City can expect a salary range of $65,000 to $90,000. This is a pipeline requisition that will be used to capture qualified candidates that are eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program.
