Requirements
in a single and coordinated way. This is a high-momentum ‘build-and-scale’ role for a senior B2B marketer who thrives at the intersection of enterprise strategy and technical execution. As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you are the primary engine driver for our UK and US territories.
You will orchestrate specialists across Brand, Product, and MarTech to build a measurable, high-velocity demand engine. You are the commercial conductor who turns high-level ICP strategy into a live enterprise pipeline. What you’ll be doing Own the hands-on delivery of global ABM frameworks, focusing on account selection, intent-signal monitoring, and tightly sales-aligned enterprise workflows.
Drive the transition from generic lead generation to high-touch enterprise orchestration, ensuring every campaign is tailored to specific ICP targets. Act as the primary bridge between our demand engine and the wider Indeed/Partner ecosystem. Orchestrate integrated "surround sound" campaigns with strategic partners to build trust-based entry points into Tier-1 enterprise accounts.
Act as the strategic lead for LinkedIn and Google Ads, defining the testing roadmap and ‘what good looks like’ for the Marketing Ops Manager, your direct line report. Ensure search and social spend is ruthlessly optimized for high-intent enterprise targets rather than generic mid-market volume. Leverage LLMs (Claude, Gemini) to "agentify" persona-based nurturing and accelerate the transformation of brand thought leadership into high-converting sequences.
Identify and remove manual friction from the growth engine through AI-driven research and automation. Act as a credible peer to Sales leadership, ensuring lead quality and maintaining a gritty focus on accountability for the feedback loop and follow-up. Own the full lead-to-revenue funnel, measuring success through SQOs, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide "hands-on love" to the HubSpot environment, personally building complex workflows and refining qualification logic. Mentor the Marketing Ops Manager to ensure executional excellence in campaign deployment. What you'll need Lead Practitioner: You have 6+ years of B2B experience and a track record of taking strategy from a slide deck to a live engine.
You build workflows yourself; you don’t just brief them. Enterprise Mindset: You understand that enterprise deals are won through orchestration, not just volume. You know how to ‘surround sound’ an account across multiple touchpoints.
AI-Native: You are already using LLMs daily to increase your output. You see AI as a way to "agentify" research and nurturing to move faster than the competition. Persistent Tenacious: You are a confident partner to Sales.
You possess the grit to navigate ambiguity and the persistence to hold teams accountable for lead follow-up and feedback loops. Ecosystem Thinker: You recognise that in B2B, who delivers the message matters. You know how to leverage partners (like Indeed) to gain a "warm entry" into Tier-1 accounts.
