The Role Indeed Flex operates as a Managed Service Provider, and the strength of our agency network is a direct competitive advantage for our clients. The Partnerships Team Lead owns the performance of that network by building a high-functioning team, driving agency fulfillment through data, and shaping a supplier strategy that makes Indeed Flex the MSP of choice.

You'll build a team that operates at a high standard: one that uses data well, works smartly and efficiently, and has strategic conversations with agency partners. Your job is to make that the norm, not the exception. Alongside that, you'll represent Indeed Flex externally at a senior level, showing up as a credible commercial partner to the agencies that matter most to our network.

💼 This position is located onsite in Austin, TX (at The Domain), five days per week, with the option to work from home on Thursdays.
