Job Description Attain Partners is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to support our clients to utilize Salesforce (CRM) software to improve their business processes. This person will be involved in executing on multiple projects for our clients. Our ideal candidate has a post-secondary degree in computer science or a similar field, several years of consulting experience, 5+ years of experience with Salesforce (SFDC), 2+ years of experience working in Higher Education and/or Education Cloud.

You also need strong communication skills to help you translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.

Support the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce implementations, from discovery through deployment Partner with clients to understand business challenges, objectives, and desired outcomes Analyze and document client business processes and

Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solution designs Provide ongoing communication and feedback to clients on development progress and milestones Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver projects on time and with high quality Contribute across all project phases, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and end-user training Lead and/or support business development efforts Lead and/or support proposal development and solution design in support of new and expanded client work Required Skills 5+ Years Experience with Salesforce Experience in a Business Analyst role Understanding of relational databases including data modeling, mapping and/or data conversion. Extensive knowledge Experience with Salesforce Implementation and hands on configuration experience, inclusive of exposure to a variety of Salesforce products Hands-on in-depth experience using advanced Salesforce Flows 2+ years working in Higher Education and/or Salesforce Education Cloud Performed hands-on application configuration with external system integration and data migration. Supported the development and delivery of training.

Supported the planning and execution of system UAT.
