Job Description The Enterprise Delivery Manager serves as a senior delivery and strategy leader responsible for organizing and overseeing enterprise-wide data initiatives. This role ensures the successful execution of projects spanning data integration, governance, quality, and strategy, aligning them with organizational objectives to enable trusted, actionable insights across the business. This leader combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery oversight—guiding teams, driving alignment between business and IT, and establishing the processes and frameworks that enable data as a true enterprise asset.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for enterprise data management, integration, and governance initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Champion a unified approach to data strategy, ensuring interoperability and data sharing across platforms and departments. Project Delivery Lead the end-to-end delivery of data-focused projects, including the implementation of data governance frameworks, data quality remediation programs, and master data management (MDM) solutions.

Ensure projects meet defined milestones, budgets, and quality standards while driving measurable business outcomes. Team Management Guide and mentor cross-functional teams responsible for data management, governance, and integration delivery. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement through clear leadership and performance management.

Data Quality and Compliance Ensure the organization’s data is accurate, secure, and compliant with regulations and industry standards. Oversee the implementation of data stewardship practices and automated monitoring processes to maintain high-quality data. Stakeholder Management Engage and influence senior business and IT stakeholders to align on priorities, objectives, and outcomes for data initiatives.

Serve as the bridge between technical delivery teams and business leadership to ensure shared understanding and measurable value realization. Required Skills Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in data modeling, data quality management, metadata management, and integration tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or Boomi. Deep understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and data security protocols across hybrid environments.

Requirements

Project and Delivery Management Proven experience leading complex, multi-phase data and integration programs with cross-functional teams, managing scope, budgets, and timelines effectively. Analytical and Strategic Thinking Ability to analyze complex enterprise data ecosystems, identify opportunities for optimization, and align data capabilities with business strategy. Skilled at translating technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Communication and Leadership Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate data strategies, project progress, and business value to diverse audiences.
