About The Role

As the People Operations Specialist , you will be the architect of our people data infrastructure and the primary administrator for Rippling . Reporting directly to the Director, People Operations , your mission is to transform our HR tech stack into a scalable, automated engine that powers the entire employee lifecycle. You won't just be maintaining systems; you will be building the "single source of truth" that leadership relies on to make critical business decisions.

From designing intelligent AI-driven workflows to translating complex datasets into actionable insights, your work will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently.
