We're looking for a District Manager to lead our OC/San Diego district — someone who leads from the front, develops great people, and drives results without ever losing sight of what makes JOE, JOE.
What You'Ll Do
Lead a team of up to 8–10 Store Managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences and hit growth targets across your district. Ensure every store upholds the Joe the Juice brand — the energy, the standards, and the guest-first culture that keeps people coming back. Translate company strategy into day-to-day execution through consistent coaching, honest feedback, and hands-on leadership.
Own the P L for your district — overseeing planning, performance analysis, and cost management to hit sales and EBITDA targets. Build the next generation of JOE leaders by developing internal talent and attracting high-potential candidates from outside the company. Execute new company programs and initiatives in the field with energy and accountability.
Partner with fellow District Managers to drive consistency, share learnings, and raise the bar across markets. Maintain safe, healthy, and compliant store environments across all locations. What You Bring Minimum 5-8 years of multi-unit leadership experience in food beverage — this is a requirement A hands-on leadership style — you lead by example, not from behind a desk Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable Sharp analytical skills to read the numbers, spot trends, and make smart operational decisions A proven track record of improving performance across multiple locations A genuine connection to our virtues — you believe in positivity, inclusion, building relationships, and growing people Why JOE Over 75% of our leaders started behind the bar — so when we say we invest in people, we mean it.
