We're looking for an experienced tech lead or staff engineer to join as a Group Tech Lead for our Adoption teams. This role will report to the Engineering Director of the Adoption group and have impact across multiple teams. At Asana, Group Tech Leads are responsible for the technical execution, culture, quality, and long-term engineering strategy of multiple teams.
They drive complex projects, ensure high quality and high velocity execution, set technical direction, mentor other tech leads, and partner with cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. They carry a lot of technical context and authority and can seamlessly collaborate across multiple teams. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
Requirements
What you’ll achieve: Set long-term technical strategy for the Adoption Group along with other engineering leaders Design, scope, and implement novel product experiences and scalable systems focused on user activation and adoption Plan, and execute large projects that require involvement from multiple engineering teams. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $248,000 - $307,500.
