About the Position We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist who can help our Talent Development team design and facilitate high-quality learning experiences. Ideally, you should have a teaching or training background, a strong understanding of how people learn, and a passion for creating impact through education. In this role, you will create and maintain a broad set of content—including developing new objectives and assessments, and rewriting and reshaping existing content.

You’ll work closely with HR partners, subject-matter experts, peer instructional designers, and other external partners as you analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain engaging and effective learning experiences for your colleagues.
