Who You Are

Strategic thinker: You break down complex business problems into clear, structured recommendations. You are comfortable operating at the C-level and translating ambiguity into actionable insights. Data-savvy consultant: You don't need to be a programmer, but you are genuinely curious about data and AI technologies and eager to deepen your expertise in this space.

Project & Engagement Leader: You have a proven capacity to lead projects client side. You excel at managing expectations, defining project scope, and providing strategic guidance to technical teams to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives. Client-facing communicator: You build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, present ideas with clarity, and adapt your message to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaborative doer: You thrive in multidisciplinary teams, move fast, and take ownership of your work from day one. Ambitious and driven: You are motivated by impact, eager to grow, and excited by the opportunity to help shape a fast-growing office.

What You Will Do

Drive strategy development: Work with client leadership teams to address high-stakes questions — How can AI reshape our business model? How should we govern and organize for data? Which strategic programs deliver the most impact?

Solve complex problems: Break down ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable recommendations using structured frameworks, enriched by Artefact's data and AI expertise. Deliver end-to-end engagements: Support projects from hypothesis framing and market/competitor analysis to client workshops, governance design, and implementation roadmaps with the technical team. Engage senior stakeholders: Collaborate closely with C-level executives and business unit leaders, building trusted relationships and ensuring strategic alignment throughout engagements.

Build knowledge and offerings: Contribute to the growth of Artefact's Belgium office by shaping new service offerings, creating intellectual capital (frameworks, thought pieces, benchmarks), and supporting business development efforts. Contribute to thought leadership: Publish insights, participate in industry events, and help position Artefact Belgium as a leading voice on AI and data transformation. What You Bring A Bachelor's and Master's degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; an excellent academic track record is highly valued.

Approximately 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, data/digital consulting, or a related field (including internships or business analyst roles). A dual affinity for business and technology — you enjoy solving complex problems and can approach challenges in a structured, strategic way. g.
