POSITION SUMMARY: As part of our continued growth, Audax Private Debt seeks an Analyst to join our Private Debt Portfolio Reporting Team. The Team provides portfolio, operational, and financial reporting support to the Origination Debt investment, Investor Relations, and internal management teams. The role will lead processes and manage systems that promote efficient and effective data capture and analysis, requiring coordination with the investment team, other members of Finance, and IT.

: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related major; CPA or CFA a plus Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience required Experience with data warehouses, semantic modeling and business intelligence a plus Experience with PowerBI, Tabular Editor, Snowflake, SQL or Python a plus Advanced Excel user with experience with portfolio monitoring software (Dynamo, Anaplan, Allvue fka Black Mountain) a plus Proven history of process engineering and efficiency improvements with an understanding of alternative investments and private debt experience a plus Detail oriented with outstanding quality assurance and testing skills when working with large data sets Must have excellent communication skills
