Compensation

The Role Reporting to the Head of Business Development on the Business Development team, the Partner Specialist is a key operational driver within iSpot’s integration pipeline. This role is highly administrative and project-driven, specifically focused on managing a high volume of deliverables and documentation during both Proof of Concept (POC) and Implementation phases.
You are responsible for ensuring that concurrent workstreams move from “scoping” to “active” without any loss of momentum.
Key Responsibilities
POC Deliverable Management: Serve as the primary tracker for all items owed to and from partners during the POC phase. You will manage a high volume of deliverables, ensuring every item is accounted for and delivered on time. Operational Command: Maintain the "master source of truth" for all active integrations.
You will run the administrative engine of the partnership, ensuring that meeting notes are translated into immediate tasks and that every stakeholder knows exactly what they owe next. Tactical Project Coordination: Act as the daily connective tissue between iSpot’s Product/Engineering teams and the partner’s technical staff. You will proactively follow up on outstanding hurdles to ensure the "next step" is always identified and assigned.
Documentation Audit: Create and maintain standardized "Integration Folders" for every partner. You will be responsible for the accuracy of partner-facing onboarding materials and internal enablement resources. Sales Success Support: Ensure that once a POC is successful, all documentation is handed off seamlessly to the Enablement team to support a full market launch.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in account management, partner success, or project management within the CTV, programmatic, or AdTech space. Process Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a "get-it-done" mentality; you are comfortable managing multiple workstreams and ensuring no "next steps" fall through the cracks. Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work cross-functionally across teams, fostering strong interpersonal relationships.
