What You'Ll Do

at Jamf : At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. As a Software Engineer, you'll be part of a team building macOS extensions that power Jamf Protect - a cross-platform enterprise endpoint security solution that helps administrators protect their organization's devices and data. You'll work with real-time monitoring, custom threat detections, and Apple's endpoint security frameworks, all optimized to preserve the Apple user experience.

What you can expect to do in this role: Break down customer problems into actionable work for you and the team. Own tasks end-to-end and deliver high-quality results. Leverage enterprise-grade tooling - including AI - to work smarter and move faster.

Mentor teammates using your deep product knowledge. Ask the right questions, solve problems, and build great software using engineering best practices. Communicate technical concepts clearly across teams - Engineering, Support, Product, and Cloud.

Know when to reach out - and find the right people when you need input. Partner with Engineers, Product, and leadership to align on priorities that move the company forward.

What We Are Looking For

: 2+ years working with Swift across Apple platforms, including macOS. 2+ years building enterprise-grade software with solid testing and QA practices. Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar).

Comfort working in an agile environment. A knack for building trust and rapport with customers and colleagues at all levels. A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset - you thrive in a fast-paced setting.
