What You’Ll Do

As a Senior Platform Engineer at Imagine Pediatrics, you will be instrumental in empowering our organization to deliver a seamless, reliable, scalable care platform. You will partner with stakeholders on Product Engineering and QA to define and implement the next chapter of Imagine Pediatrics' technical infrastructure. ) Collaborate on incident detection and remediation Develop and document runbooks for on-call and platform issues Optimize for performance, cost, and high availability Respond to platform reliability issues and lead postmortems Responding to RFP's and customer questions related to network setup and infrastructure What You Bring How You Qualify First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve.
