What You’Ll Do

As a Data Scientist with Imagine Pediatrics, you will be part of a growing team and business utilizing foundational Data Science to support the health and lives of children with special healthcare needs. This role is critical to understanding the power of our data and how we can leverage insights to directly impact patient care. You will: Communicate with business stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into robust ML/AI models to improve clinical outcomes for children.

Requirements

, optimize data collection, build data assets, and deliver insights on business strategy and patient care Develop ML models incorporating clinical, claims, and social determinants of health (SDoH) data to drive actionable recommendations Define and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting for models such as evaluation metrics, hyperparameters, and drift Independently query Snowflake and prepare data for exploratory data analysis and modeling Create clean, maintainable code and own the model development lifecycle What You Bring How You Qualify First and foremost , you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve .
