Key Responsibilities

: Review incoming COAs against specification and save for document retention Review and save production paperwork Maintain facilities Kosher product and ingredient list Maintain facilities approved supplier list Perform routine swabbing of equipment Monitor facility temperatures and escalate issues as needed Review pre-op data and alert management of issues Review and sign CCP documentation as site PCQI representative Conduct GMP and SQF audits as assigned by supervison and management Maintain qualification on QA Tech
