Job Summary: The SAP TM (Transportation Management) Analyst will support, configure, and optimize end-to-end Transportation planning processes within our industry domain of e-commerce digital operation, focusing on transportation planning, carrier selection, freight cost management, and settlement.

Gathering Analysis: Work with business stakeholders (logistics, IT, supply chain) to understand pain points and translate them into SAP TM solutions Solution Design Configuration: Configure SAP TM modules for transportation planning, carrier selection, freight cost management, and settlement, aligning with best practices Integration: Design interfaces and manage integration between SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA, SMC3, BN4L, P44 and external carrier/3PL systems Functional Specifications: Create detailed documents for custom developments (enhancements, reports) for technical teams Testing Training: Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and develop/deliver end-user training Support Optimization: Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend continuous process improvements for efficiency Project Management: Contribute to project plans, manage small-to-medium projects, and mentor teams The duties and
: Generally requires a minimum 7+ years experience. Experience with data migration, reporting, and industry standards is a plus.
: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Business or related field preferred, or a combination of equivalent work experience. Judgment/Reasoning Ability: Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.
