Business Principal Consultant

We are constantly keeping our eyes open for revenue generating opportunities in organizations using application development and data analytics. We focus on identifying and advancing initiatives with direct top-line and bottom-line impact.

To meet the demands of our high growth business, we are looking for talented Principal Consultant to drive new opportunities with our clients and lead our client engagements. What you do at Inspire11: Partner with clients to identify and understand business challenges helping them to craft solutions that have clearly defined top line and bottom-line impact. Craft and present proposals based on identified solutions as well as write Statements of Work to execute with clients.

Own client relationships with senior executives enabling the success of our team and the projects that we are delivering. Serve our consultants as a coach and mentor through delivery and business development efforts. Lead and oversee overall delivery quality, assessing risk, and driving overall project execution end-to-end.

Requirements

gathering, solution architecture, and driving an effective development team Why you are a fit for Inspire11: You have 10+ years of consulting experience in the digital or data analytics industry You have worked hand-in-hand with technology teams to implement solutions related to data, digital, and/or Artificial Intelligence. You have worked with clients to define and articulate the business value unlocked by delivering products and/or solutions. You have led sales pursuits within a consulting environment, with direct experience from project discovery to larger program execution.

This role requires the willingness and ability to be onsite at the Inspire11 or client location depending on project needs to maximize in-person collaboration and build stronger relationships. Compensation

at Inspire11 Inspire11 follows Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Pay Act of 1963, the Illinois Human Rights Act, the Illinois Equal Wage Act, and the Illinois Equal Pay Act of 2003. We believe that people performing the same role at the same level, with similar levels of ability or experience, should be similarly compensated.
