POSITION SUMMARY: The FSQA Supervisor will be responsible for the daily tasks of FSQA, department communication, scheduling, FSQA supply management, employee training, audits and inspections, time management of FSQA employees, implementing culture to develop good supportive work environments. Implement employee safety, food safety, and food quality.
Support company policies and procedures to drive excellence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Time management of employees, timecards , data entry, computer software systems, supply management, regulatory standards, leadership, policy enforcement, presentation skills, dairy processing, production equipment, supervision, and other duties assigned by the business. COMPETENCIES: Mathematical skills, computer/software systems, organizational and multitasking skills, regulatory standards.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum 3 years’ experience in food safety/quality. Required Experience: Food Safety/Food Quality, PCQI trained, SQF, regulatory standards.
