About The Role
HP IQ is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to support to our SVP, Design Innovation while also providing operational support to the Design team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to SVP, Design Innovation by managing priorities, anticipating needs, and executing with precision, while also keeping all operational processes for the Design Team running smoothly. This role collaborates closely with the Chief of Staff and builds strong relationships to communicate and work effectively across the organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years in an administrative role or program management role Experience with managing multiple calendars Availability some nights and weekends, as needed Preferred Skills Experience working with and supporting creative teams Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in execution, even under pressure Highly organized with excellent time-management skills Clear written and spoken communicator, demonstrates emotional intelligence Strong ability to anticipate needs and problem solve quickly and effectively Experience providing project management support on high-priority projects Excellent collaboration and customer service skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Salary: $125,000- $175,000
