The incumbent will be responsible for aligning site specific Environmental Health and Safety processes with business goals and to engage employees to promote behaviors that will achieve the highest levels of productivity in the safest possible manner.

The incumbent will establish, implement, and oversee all EHS programs. ) and conduct the monitoring or coordinate the monitoring with the appropriate agency Review the results of industrial hygiene sampling and compare to established regulatory limits Participate in Quality Assurance reviews within the facility Assist in 3 rd party audits and inspections pertaining to food safety and regulatory compliance Manage emergency management programs Manage safety budget Develop and drive a safety committee team COMPETENCIES: Self-motivated with strong problem solving/critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills. Ability to use data to drive decisions.

Ability to remain organized while handling several projects and tasks independently in fast -paced environment.
