About The Role

HP IQ is looking for a highly organized Senior Design Producer to support and scale Product Design work across key verticals. This role is a liaison between Product Design, Engineering, and Partnerships teams, promoting cross-functional communication and collaboration. This position also manages product pilots and qualitative research schedules.

Our ideal candidate is able to effortlessly manage multiple product work streams, competing priorities, and able to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment while keeping all design deliverables on track.

Qualifications

5+ years of in-house experience managing projects of multidisciplinary creative teams 4+ experience in consumer electronics, software design, digital media project management Experience working with teams engaging in qualitative research Background in visual art, art education, hardware or product design PMP Certification or coursework in project management Experience in new product development from ideation to launch Preferred Skills Quick and eager to learn new platforms and tools for task and asset management Proactive, self-motivated, reflective Asana proficiency Familiarity with JIRA Clear, direct, effective communicator Empathetic and intuitive collaborator Excellent verbal communication marked with empathy and the emotional intelligence to connect with, relate to, and respect diverse collaborator Excellent written communication, marked with a balance of warmth and precision, reflecting the appropriate tone for each situation Salary: $160,000- $200,000
