WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree 4+ years of HR experience, with significant experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development Ability and desire to work in a highly collaborative, low-ego environment where flexibility and initiative are valued Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels in a constantly evolving environment Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and flawless execution of HR processes and initiatives High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR matters Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and acquire new skills Proficiency with HR systems (Workday preferred), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office tools A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude!
