Purpose Lead agency teams and client partners in the development and delivery of strategic and creative initiatives, solving complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
Leadership Build growth-oriented, trusting client relationships that go beyond social and build a hunger for breakthrough ideas. Partner with Group Account Director to help guide, advise, assist, and stimulate account team members by way of day-to-day coaching, regular feedback, and development conversations. Make proactive recommendations on growth opportunities for accounts directed.
Manage expectations internally and externally through business savvy and effective communications. Partner with creative and strategic leaders to create business-generating and award-winning work for our clients. Account Management Day-to-day business lead on all accounts directed.
Lead planning and execution of strategic and creative initiatives in accordance with client’s objectives and budget limitations. Contribute to the analysis and understanding of business results; contribute to the development of competitive landscape assessments and account plans. Monitor client, competitive, and category news and be responsible for reporting to the internal team on a regular basis.
Contribute to the development of case studies on the brand you work on, supporting the team in the creation of creative award show entries. Responsible for cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including agency leadership. Accountable for ensuring clients are consistently up-to-date on all projects/timing.
Conducts a tightly-led meeting and manages account team members to ensure internal and client meetings are well-run with clear agenda and actionable recaps. Foster great relationships between partner agencies; responsible for delivery of pertinent information to partners. Lead well-thought-out and actionable POVs.

Is effective in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports, and bosses; is effective both inside and outside the organization, on both cool data and hot and controversial topics; commands attention and can manage group processes during the presentation; can change tactics midstream when something isn’t working.
