Requirements
of our high-priority customers. This involves creating custom reports that effectively communicate IXL's impact on student and school performance. The successful candidate will possess strong data analysis and manipulation skills, attention to detail, organization, and excellent communication.
This position requires you to be in our San Mateo, CA, headquarters office.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, data analytics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., data analyst, data-driven customer success, or marketing analytics) Proven analytical skills, including the ability to translate complex data requests into clear reports and visualizations Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib) is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication, and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a queue of requests independently and make sound decisions aligned with the team and company needs Experience managing confidential customer data The base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 to $90,000 +
