LPN Admissions Representative PRN- as needed Day Shift (8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm) Not a remote position ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Conducts remote preadmission discussions with patients and families to capture and document patient story and schedules the visit based on level of complexity and urgency.

QUALIFICATIONS

: Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing Maintains current Pennsylvania nursing license.
