IonQ is making quantum platforms more accessible and impactful than ever before. We are looking for a Senior Manager of System Integration and Commissioning to lead teams of highly technical individuals delivering quantum computers to customers. Candidates for this role should have demonstrable experience taking complex systems through the entire design lifecycle from concept to manufacturing and operations.
You should be experienced in identifying and implementing iterative design improvements for performance, with a specific focus on Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Test (DfT). In this role, you will manage a multidisciplinary group of physicists and engineers to optimize and execute the final stages of quantum computer deliveries to internal and external customers. You will influence current and future system designs across the entire hardware and software design lifecycle.
By working cross-functionally, you will improve the quality, speed, and predictability of customer deliveries, directly contributing to the company’s strategic revenue goals.
