About The Role

me is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the Wallet Authentication platform. You will directly shape how 100M+ members stay secure, recover access to their wallets, and authenticate across government, healthcare, and commercial services. You will own the full product lifecycle for authentication: first-factor and multi-factor flows, API and agent authentication, wallet recovery, and fraud prevention.

Every decision you make affects security, member trust, and revenue at scale. me's authentication platform: first-factor and multi-factor flows, passkeys, machine-to-machine authentication for APIs and AI agents, and AAL-level platform design under NIST 800-63-4. You will partner with the Wallet apps team on customer outcomes, and with Identity Graph, Credentials, Identity Verification, Engineering, Security, Risk Fraud, and Design to ship at internet scale.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Strategy: Define and own the roadmap for authentication flows, fraud prevention, wallet recovery, email lifecycle management, and machine-to-machine authentication. Authentication Flows: Own first-factor and second-factor authentication including passwordless, passkeys, silent network authentication, and identifier-based flows. Drive pass-rate improvements while reducing friction across the member experience.
